The Health and Safety Coordinator (CSP) will carry out site inspections to evaluate safety on site.

The CSE has the duty of coordinating and inspecting the contractors and any independent workers correct application and of the steps for a safe job.
The CSE has the duty of verifying the Operational Safety Plans (POS) suitability and coherence with site activities, taking into consideration any proposal made by contractors or workers in order to improve safety in the working area. He has to check that the contractors, opportunely, update their POS according to the prosecution of work.
The CSE has to organize contractors and independent workers cooperation.
The CSE has to report the Customer or the Responsible of Works (R.d.L.) any non-fulfilment to law and eventually (if neither of them provides) he has to report immediately to the competent ASL and to “Direzione Provinciale del Lavoro”.
The CSE has to stop works if there is a great and impending danger.

The “Responsabile dei Lavori” shall take account of the general principles of prevention concerning safety and health referred to in law 81/2008 and law 106/2009, according to the art. 90 and art.15, during the various stages of designing and preparing the project, in particular:

After gaining his professional experience in Interior Design and Offices, he expands his skills by working on Retail and Concept design; develops a high expertise in jewellery and watches boutique design by working for important Brands.
He leads all design phases, from timing definition and cost control to executive design and manages tenders and site control.
From 2003 he is also involved in Interior Design activities for foreign clients, carrying out many projects in Russia, Armenia and Switzerland.
He worked for importants Clients in the Office field, as Deutsche Bank, BASF, Amazon, Lego, MSCI, Robertshaw, Blackrock.
He is Certified Health and Safety Coordinator and assumes the role of “Responsabile dei lavori” as per D.lgs 81/08.

In 1996 becomes freelance gaining his professional experience in architectural, urban and interior design.
He cooperates for one decade with Federico Oliva Associati (FOA) architectural firm in Milan with whom he participates to the Rimini Questura (Police station) design and to the Piacenza Montale shopping mall design, in addition to many Masterplans.
In 1999-2000 he worked in Portugal where, with Lisbon Oficina de Arquitectura – OA architectural firm, participated to Pico Island (Azzorre archipelago) architectural heritage reconstruction, after the earthquake.
For Milan municipality, in the occasion of EXPO 2015 Milan candidacy, he participates to the slow path mobility design “La via di Terra”.
From 2007 to 2016 he is also assistant professor of environmental architecture at Milan Polytechnic University.
His skills in architectural and urban design take him to work for important projects as industrial building refurbishments, the exterior garden square and the entrance building of Edison Center (Milan), attics refurbishments, urban plannings.

In 2002 moves for some months to London and cooperates with DEGW London to the important new BBC headquarter design.
She expands her professional experience by working on Interiors and on boutique, show room, fair stands and restaurants design as well as by developing Concept designs.
She cooperates with important Brands, carrying out projects in Italy and abroad, in particular in Russia, Switzerland and Emirates.
She supervises and leads the design of prestigious clients as Amazon, Lego, Ing Direct, MSCI, Wonderware by Schnaider, BASF.
