RETAIL INTEGRATED DESIGN, INTERIOR DESIGN, CONCEPT DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, FAIR STANDS DESIGN
By providing integrated design services (architectural, interior design, systems, structures) as well as by constantly keeping under strict control all project and realization activities, we place ourselves in the position of being the unique Client reference during the entire development of the project.
We design boutiques, show rooms, shop in shops, corners, fair stands and special joinery furniture. We develop Concept Design from the first Concept phase to the Spec. Book and Detail Drawings definition. We manage all projects by developing appropriate tailor-made solutions and products in all design phases.
SITE MANAGEMENT
We manage the whole fit out process through a careful site works coordination (“Direzione Lavori”), becoming the only reference for Clients and guaranteeing a tight control of time, costs and quality.
LOCAL AUTHORITIES PERMITS
We define and prepare deliverables and documents requested by law (Municipality, Heritage, Landscape, Cadastre…), follow up with Local Authorities the issue of the necessary permits, and deal with energetic requirements (Legge 10, APE,…).
HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATION
We carry out Health and Safety Services Coordination during design and construction phases and can assumes the role of “Responsabile dei lavori” as per D.lgs 81/08.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage the whole design process from the preliminary conception to the final move-in, through all phases as estimate and cost control management, organization and time management, coordination of tenders and bids, suppliers management, constant analysis and quality control.
