SAFETY AND COORDINATION PLAN (PSC) EDITING

The CSP draws up a “Safety and Coordination Plan” giving a technical relation and operative details such as

• a Site works description
• the identification of the subjects involved in the prevention and protection measures against risks, as the “Responsabile dei Lavori”, the Health and Safety Coordinator in the Design Activity and the Health and Safety Coordinator in the construction activity, ect
• an analysis and risk evaluation during the Execution activity in order to prevent any accident and to guarantee the workers health
• an identification of the interference risks between the several activities, and define the prevention and protection measures
• a pointing out of working steps and equipment able to guarantee the workers health

RESPONSIBLE OF WORKS (PROJECT SUPERVISOR)

The “Responsabile dei Lavori” shall take account of the general principles of prevention concerning safety and health referred to in law 81/2008 and law 106/2009, according to the art. 90 and art.15, during the various stages of designing and preparing the project, in particular:

• when architectural, technical and/or organizational aspects are being decided, in order to plan the various items or stages of work which are to take place simultaneously or in succession
• when estimating the period required for completing such work or work stages. Account shall also be taken, each time this appears necessary, of all safety and health plans and of files drawn up.

The project supervisor must also check the technical and professional qualifications of the construction companies.

MICHELE MAZZOLA

Born in Milan in 1969.
Graduate in Architecture at Milan Polytechnic, 1994/95.
He cooperates for one decade with the main Italian architectural companies specialised in integrated office design, such as DEGW Italia and Progetto CMR, as responsible for important projects like Motorola, Galbani, Cap Gemini and Lucent Technologies.
After gaining his professional experience in Interior Design and Offices, he expands his skills by working on Retail and Concept design; develops a high expertise in jewellery and watches boutique design by working for important Brands.
He leads all design phases, from timing definition and cost control to executive design and manages tenders and site control.
From 2003 he is also involved in Interior Design activities for foreign clients, carrying out many projects in Russia, Armenia and Switzerland.
He worked for importants Clients in the Office field, as Deutsche Bank, BASF, Amazon, Lego, MSCI, Robertshaw, Blackrock.
He is Certified Health and Safety Coordinator and assumes the role of “Responsabile dei lavori” as per D.lgs 81/08.

STEFANO ANGIOLINI

Born in Monza in 1968
Graduate in Architecture at Milan Polytechnic, 1993/94
In 1996 becomes freelance gaining his professional experience in architectural, urban and interior design.
He cooperates for one decade with Federico Oliva Associati (FOA) architectural firm in Milan with whom he participates to the Rimini Questura (Police station) design and to the Piacenza Montale shopping mall design, in addition to many Masterplans.
In 1999-2000 he worked in Portugal where, with Lisbon Oficina de Arquitectura – OA architectural firm, participated to Pico Island (Azzorre archipelago) architectural heritage reconstruction, after the earthquake.
For Milan municipality, in the occasion of EXPO 2015 Milan candidacy, he participates to the slow path mobility design “La via di Terra”.
From 2007 to 2016 he is also assistant professor of environmental architecture at Milan Polytechnic University.
His skills in architectural and urban design take him to work for important projects as industrial building refurbishments, the exterior garden square and the entrance building of Edison Center (Milan), attics refurbishments, urban plannings.

CRISTIANA TROTTA

Born in Milan in 1974
Graduate in Architecture at Polytechnic of Milan, 1998/99
As Senior Architect cooperates for one decade with DEGW Italia, a multinational architectural firm specialized in office integrated design and space planning, developing and leading important projects for multinational firms such as Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Galbani, Oracle Italia, Bic and All Music.
In 2002 moves for some months to London and cooperates with DEGW London to the important new BBC headquarter design.
She expands her professional experience by working on Interiors and on boutique, show room, fair stands and restaurants design as well as by developing Concept designs.
She cooperates with important Brands, carrying out projects in Italy and abroad, in particular in Russia, Switzerland and Emirates.
She supervises and leads the design of prestigious clients as Amazon, Lego, Ing Direct, MSCI, Wonderware by Schnaider, BASF.
